I help individuals and businesses improve their performance, increase productivity, and enjoy more success.
Whether you’re a professional looking to enhance your career or a business leader looking to optimise and grow your company, my job is to clear your path and drive you towards your goals.
How do I help my clients?
I work with individuals and businesses to identify and resolve issues that are holding them back.
How I can help you or your business will be specific to your problems and goals.
An introductory chat is usually all that’s needed to see if our relationship will be a worthwhile one – it allows you the chance to get to know me, and me the chance to work out if I’m the right fit for your needs.
Read on to get a feel for what I do, and how I could help you advance your career or your business.
Individual Coaching
Individual coaching is typically for professionals looking to enhance their career – as most people have doubts or mental blocks that hold them back from achieving their full potential. My aim isn’t just to help you do better in the here and now, but to give you the tools to continually improve, learn and grow. Aside from working through deeper, mental blocks, you may need help with specific challenges. Some of the most common areas I help my clients with are:
- Solving problems better
- Working towards a successful promotion
- Developing & achieving long-term goals
- Preparing for a successful interview or presentation
- Improving performance and increasing productivity
- Improving public speaking for a business or personal event
Business Coaching
Business coaching is aimed at managers, senior managers, and directors, but I also work alongside other key individuals to improve the overall performance of your business. There are multiple layers to this type of coaching, and the ultimate goal is to optimise your team and your company for success. Working with a professional coach can help you identify areas for improvement to ensure you’re working to the best of your ability and bringing out the best in your team. Aside from specific, personal challenges, some of the other areas we may work on to optimise your company are:
-
Solving problems
better
- Developing & achieving long-term goals for your company
- Improving performance and increasing productivity
- Coaching senior management and directors ‘on the job’ through specific tasks, processes, and situations
- Challenging senior management and directors to find new ways forward and driving them towards their goals
- Improving communication throughout the team, leading to better performance and a happier working environment
Why hire a coach?
- Creativity & Ideas
- Challenge & Accountability
A coach can challenge you to step out of your comfort zone and try new things. I’ll help you identify goals, create an action plan, and push you to become the best you can be.
- Confidence & Motivation
- Support & Encouragement
Having someone who believes in you and what you do can be hugely powerful. A coach can lift you up, help you focus, and keep you moving forwards one step at a time.
- Strengths & Weaknesses
Identifying your strengths allows you to take full advantage of them and identifying your weaknesses allows you to improve them – boosting performance and productivity.
Why come to me?
The most important thing is to find a coach who you feel comfortable with and trust.
Our relationship will be the foundation upon which great things can be built, and with the right guidance and counsel, you’ll become a better version of yourself and achieve more success at work and in life.
I also bring skills, qualifications, and experience to the table in areas that many business coaches don’t. Being an experienced wellbeing expert, business coach, and a qualified counsellor, has allowed me to create an integrative and holistic approach to coaching.
I aim to give you a quantifiable return on investment, not only by helping you to grow in the here and now, but also by giving you the tools you need to self-coach yourself and your team in the future – as this is the path to long-term success.
Workplace Counselling
There are times when a more in-depth, therapeutic approach is needed to help individuals through particular challenges and to resolve personal problems.
As well as being a coach, I’m also a professional counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I’m highly experienced at delivering counselling within a corporate environment; providing a safe, confidential space where employees can explore personal challenges to improve focus.
‘Presenteesim’ – where your employees are physically present but not functioning optimally due to unseen mental issues or blocks – costs UK businesses millions each year.
Workplace Counselling can get your team back on track and performing optimally day in, day out.
If you are interested in receiving counselling outside of work, I also run a private counselling practice.
